Excellent location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our key stopped working twice (think we placed too close to a cell phone!) We were worried since no one is at the desk overnight but both times when we called the number provided, someone was there within minutes. Room was small but clean. Would definitely stay again.

It's a very well maintained inn / abnb, we just needed a good night's sleep and Europa Inn gave us more than that. We didn't know the front desk closes at 6pm when we arrived at 8pm,but the staff came to open the door when we called. Also staff was very helpful, we needed some cutlery and he was able to help us find it. Room was very, very clean. It was a bit small and quite dated but it didn't bother us for a good night sleep. Thanks!

Bathroom faucet loose. Toilet roll mounting blocks access to the toilet. Toilet too close to the sink and wall. Not water for the coffee maker or fountain in the lobby. Exterior of hotel is run down

There was a huge space under our balcony door the light shone in . The tap was backwards at the sink in the bathroom . Great location ! Bed was very comfortable . No one at desk all morning

The room itself was clean. Air worked well.The TV did not work. The hotel property was junky and felt unsafe with the locking system. A “back” lobby for use by guests was like a junk room. There was no indication where to park. No info on how to reach a staff member after checking in and being told the leave and close up. The hotel is in an excellent location for enjoying the water front. And again the room was clean.

I arrived a little earlier then predicted but none the less I found the owner rude. When we got into the room it appeared cleaned but the bed didn’t feel right. The sheets were stained with yellow on the edge of the bed I didn’t see it until later and they also felt nubby from wear and tear. I had to go downstairs because the television didn’t work. I was told by the owner he had installed a new router and had to reboot. It never worked properly it kept going out. And old programming. When I went down after maybe 7:00 the door was locked. Also one has to enter from the side of the building and you have to hear someone chopping woods half the evening. The entrance where you have to go in is somewhat used as a storage place. The bathroom looked decent but that all I can say as far as the positive. First impressions should matter and if it hadn’t paid in advance I would have never stayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Sadly Lyne Marx

Lovely rooms in a character building, owner and his sons were so helpful and friendly. Very clean and updated rooms. Recommended restaurants in area were excellent. Parking available and close to harbour and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Pour commencer à la réception le propriétaire était très gentil, mais la réception ressemblais à un shed ( entrepôt ) avec plein de matériaux par terre . Pour aller au chambre il avait trois escaliers à monter avec du tapis usé. Les photos ne représente pas du tout la réalité de l’établissement . Nous avons pris la clé de notre chambre et y avons jeté un coup d’œil parce qu’elle n’était pas prête ,mais avons décider de remettre la clé après un hrs de réflection et ce n’était pas remboursable. . Nous avons voyager à pas mal d’endroit dans le monde mais jamais un hôtel comme sa . Sur les photos il y a un restaurant , mais qui n’existe plus .

A great stay just steps from the main shopping/dinning area. Hosts were ever accommodating and had no problem staying late to check us in. Was the perfect place to rest after a long day driving.
