3 day holiday break.

As a senior citizen I found it extremely uncomfortable in the Studio apartment due to the furniture choices. Other customers if young and fit would probably not have an issue. The 2 small lounge chair seats were low to the floor and painful to sit for me. The outdoor chairs were children's height wrought iron. Uncomfortable and I'm not tall, dining chairs were hard timber but at correct adult height. Not for aged. Single bed mattress was not comfortabe and supportive for me. Okay for a child maybe. Great staff and enjoyed space of studio but would not return if unit had the same furniture as experience this time with terrible spinal pain over the 3 day visit there. Great position in Kensington otherwise, but of a day area it's a fairly busy road. Close by are plenty of eating places and shopping and tourist stuff not to far to drive to attend.

Es war modern und sauber. Wir hatten das behindertengerechte Apartement, was wir eigentlich nicht brauchten. Dafür war es das einzige mit einer abgetrennten eigenen Terasse. Leider waren uns die Betten viel zu hart - andere mögen das evtl. 2 große Einkaufsmärkte sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The motel was quiet and had everything we needed, but the wifi was terrible and dropped out every few minutes. The shower gel and shampoo were also empty, the light in the bedroom did not work and the room smelt like chlorine. Otherwise the room was very accessible and comfortable.

I needed a room that was suitable for mother & adult son & they accommodated this very well with a huge bed in lounge & separate bedroom. The rooms are spacious, great having a table & chairs, good sized kitchen, wonderful shower. Parking is a bit tight. It was value for money

Previous customer who slept in our unit was probably a smoker. The smell of tobacco mixed with deodorant (used in the attempt of mitigating the smell) was well noticeable and even we open door and windows we could only limit this issue a little bit. In the morning a group of people were sitting just outside our unit making noise and talking laudly, disturbing not only us. Very disappointing.

It is very central and easy to get to any direction around the Whangarei area..Plenty of options close by for dining and supermarkets close too. The disabled unit was easy for my husband who has mobility issues. Staff very helpful and obliging. Would stay there again
