Two languages comments 这酒店挺好的，就是在胡同里，离海滩很近，自助早餐，酒店的服务很好很好的，早上吃饭的时候，他们很欢迎的说早上好，氛围感拉满 That’s hotel really good,breakfast is buffet breakfast. The hotel service is very kind. When eating in the morning, they are very welcoming and say good morning.

Just ok.

What a brilliant staff (Fenny, Panjk and Dwui) always ready to help with smile and the best attitude. Unfortunately the hotel is just way past it’s due. Bathrooms are in really bad condition. Hotel is very noisy, constant construction and renowations going on. Drunk Aussies everywhere. To make it even worse, the hotel is pumping music loud through the day. Not a place for one that appriciates peace.

Fantastic property, we had poolside rooms and they were great, some had a shower over the bath and no hand rail so could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was very limited and if not included in rate plenty of options within easy walking. The property had a few stairs so if mobility is an issue would not be ideal, will definitely stay again

Fourteen Roses Beach Hotel Legian used to feel like a second home to us. For over ten years, we stayed here multiple times a year — it held so many beautiful memories. Sadly, our most recent stay was nothing short of heartbreaking. After 16 nights filled with disappointment, stress, and daily drama, it’s clear that the hotel we once loved no longer exists. The experience from start to finish was appalling. The service has become not just poor, but intimidating. Every day brought a new issue — from being incorrectly charged and forced into uncomfortable confrontations, to the broken air conditioning and toilets that were never properly fixed despite multiple requests. Basic hospitality and kindness, once a given here, are now completely absent. What’s even more insulting is the fact that prices have doubled since our last stay, yet the service and standards have plummeted to shocking lows. The management seems uninterested in guest satisfaction and more focused on squeezing as much money as possible from visitors, no matter the experience they deliver. It’s devastating to see how much the spirit of this hotel has changed. What was once a peaceful, welcoming retreat for us turned into a stressful, upsetting ordeal that ruined our long-awaited holiday. Sixteen nights should have been filled with relaxation — instead, we faced drama, frustration, and constant disappointment. We are heartbroken that we can no longer recommend Fourteen Roses Beach Hotel to anyone.

Great location

Lovely staff, especially Asti and nice clean hotel. The pool and swim up bar were delightful. We had a ground floor room which had great aircon and comfy bed. The location was excellent. Would stay there again, but only in the ground floor rooms. There were a lot of stairs to enter hotel.

Staff were fantastic very helpful my room was on second floor looking over the pool it was very noisy some nights till late. If you like quiet areas go to garden view areas. Shower was poor no warm water need to let it run for a bit and the shower head was poor detachable to get any sort of hot water.

I would suggest to future traveler's with any aversion to stairs, to make sure you only book the lowest level in this hotel. As this is a 3 storey property with NO lift, my husband and I had to change rooms, due to knee problems after 2 days at an additional cost, which we were happy to pay, upon realising this once we arrived. My fault for not researching properly , obviously. But many people were trying to do the same upon their arrival also. The staff were more than helpful, but make sure you get any changes written correctly, as there was a bit of a mix up our last day there. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Also be mindful that most of the rooms have showers in the bath, which wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe pack a rubber bath mat for a bit more stability in the shower if you feel it might be an issue. Overall, a good clean room, comfortable bed and good location for the price. Would stay again for the above reasons alone.

Great clean property in a great location. Rooms are very spacious and clean with a balcony. Amazing pool with a pool bar, amazing breakfast included in our room price and amazing restaurant. Really good vibe all round.
