Bed comfortable, no microwave or plates but a toaster. Carpet worn and torn, needs repair. Shower handle fell off but shower was hot. Very basic and not to cost standsrd

Only reason this property doesn't have a higher score was because the wifi didn't work. We had it checked by the staff and it connected, but continued to disconnect. Other than that this was a very comfortable, clean, motel with a nice view of the river. The restaurant was also good.

No microwave, had a toaster but no plate or knife. Had to ask for dessert plates to have our breakfast. Fridge had no freezer area to freeze ice bricks for our travels. $150 a night you’d expect these above items to be available. Very disappointed as we have been in 3 other motels on our travel and these items were available plus more for the same price. 😔

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this hotel. I checked in late, just after 8pm. The TV in the first room was not working, so I was moved to another room where the TV worked, however the air conditioner didn’t. It took at least half an hour to get resolved which was the original room with a new TV unboxed and set up on the benchtop. I found the beds to be ordinary and staff to have poor customer service skills. As such, I’ll not stay there again.

Good location on the river and 15 minute walk to RSL. Room clean and comfy bed. A little dusappointed clean towels not in room at time of check-in around 16:30. Towels supplied on request. Simple, clean ok for an overnighter.

Spacious room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Lovely outdoor area overlooking river. No information in room about things to do in area and no information about places to eat. Disappointed we weren’t advised restaurant was closed. Overall a good experience

Booked this room because it advertised breakfast and on site restaurant for evening meal. Neither were available. No toiletries were provided not even soap to wash hands after using toilet. Bed was comfortable.

As an overnight stay on your way through it's a really good option. The rooms are a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good, although the bathroom was tiny but it does the job. It's also lovely in the morning to wake up right on the river and there are lots of picnic tables to sit at. There is also a Chinese restaurant onsite. The one staff member we dealt with wasn't particularly friendly but far from a deal breaker. Would happily stay here again on the way through.
