Pleasant stay overall. Great customer service that was helpful with any request. Clean rooms. Beautiful pool. Convenient location only a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of food options near by.

Great place close and walkable to Mall and Walking street. Great staff and good neighborhood with small stores and plenty of food within feet of the hotel as well as restaurant at hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und Anhand den Bewertungen früherer Gäste habe ich mich für Austrian Garden entschieden und keine Sekunde bereut. - Zimmerservice sauber gemacht - Sehr gute Küche - Gemäss Aussage Hotel Besitzer ganzes Hotel FI geschützt, eine Ausnahme in Thailand - freundliches Personal - ich komme gerne wieder

The Austrian Garden is a true hidden gem. It's tucked away in a garden oasis, yet only a three minute walk to Patong beach. The restaurant has an extensive German menu, & Robert's team makes every post a winner. The hotel itself was spotless, and Thomas' staff just couldn't do enough to help. If you're interested in a well priced hotel with the best pool imaginable, ice cold beer, and great food, this one's for you.

Das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter Bemühen sich so sehr und erfüllen jeden kleinsten Wunsch. Es gibt immer eine Lösung und kein nein. Die Zimmer sind Top ausgestattet. Tolle Lage zum Bangla Beach.

Das Austriangarden Team ist auch in dieser sehr speziellen Zeit des Reisens um seine Gäste aussergewöhnlich bemüht. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet.Schön angelegter Garten mit großem Pool.

Ved ankomst til hotellet Serveres en velkomst drink. Et rigtig dejlig og hyggelig have miljø omkring hotellets værelser og poll. Renlighed overalt med daglige skift af sengetøj m.m. Godt beliggende i rolige omgivelser i Patong med udsigt til bjergene og 10 min fra stranden. En rigtig god udbud af europæisk køkken med hurtig betjening Karin og Karl

The room had no telephone to the front desk. I had room 118, it was large but sparse. I believe I was the only person in building one, the other people, ( who spoke German) were in building two and three. All in all I was happy, went on a fishing tour and enjoyed Paton.

Our stay was comfortable and easy access to the beach (5-min walk) accommodations were clean, service was good, breakfast was good with plenty of black coffee. Pool looked inviting (rain days) but do not have opportunity to use. Upon arrival the staff was pleasant and very warm welcoming us with free cold drink(beer). Departure at desk was not attentive and barely said thank you and did not offer assistance with taxi/ transportation.

Alles brandschoon door goed management, probleempjes worden gelijk opgelost. Vriendelijk personeel, fijne ligging, niet ver van strand of restaurant of uitgaansgebied. Het hotel heeft zelf een heel goede keuken en een prima ontbijt.
