Good - Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was very good. Room we were moved to was modern and decent.
Not so good- Restaurant staff were slow to take orders and forgetful with what was ordered. 3 days in a row asked for something on the menu but they didnt have it. Intial room we chose was so dated, old furniture, grey dry towels bathroom grubby, on inspecting the bed, I found a variety of hairs on the mattress protector with stains. Could not unpack! The only great thing about the room was the beautiful sea view, but I could not stay in that room, it would have been way out of my comfort zone. It was like a 2 star motel!! We were upgraded, at pur expense but with a discount, and the standard was more like what was expected. Clean, fluffy white towels, modern bathroom, however there was no space as the room was crammed with 2 large beds. The front door opened directly facing the the main road, so when a drink was brought to us from the bar and we opened the door with our nightclothes on, there were people waiting at the bus stop and traffic going by that ciuld see us and into the room. A screen could easily solve that problem. The balcony could not be enjoyed as it overlooked the reception area and entrance to the bar/restaurant, with cars, taxi's and deliveries stopping and passing constantly.
If all the rooms were upgraded and configured better with privacy and a decent view, then i would consider revisiting. Other than that, not worth the
