Great spot right on the beach! We missed the ferry due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel for one night at the last minute. Love the location in Half Moon Bay! The restaurant makes the best mojitos and the beach out front was wonderful! We stayed on a family room with our teenage daughter so we had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Cozy property in a prime location in West End. The staff was so helpful and the property size (small) was great. It has such a peaceful charm to it, set back slightly amongst the thick foliage but close enough to hear the waves from the beach. I will choose this hotel when I return for future stays. I felt at home immediately.

Beautiful place to stay with a restaurant and the beach a stones throw away . The staff are polite helpful and willing to assist with any queries that you ask them . I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again . In fact I’ve extended my stay for another 2 nights .

This was our kind of place to stay and was what we expected. Our room was basic and could use updating, but that's not important to us. We had a few rainy days and sitting on the porch was fabulous! The location was perfect, with a parking space for our rental. We loved walking to the other end of West end, and also just walking across the street to great snorkeling and the beach. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but we always came back at the end of the day with a clean place! We had one amazing meal at the Argentinian Grill - highly recommend!

An excellent one-week stay. Friendly quick check-in. My room was on the 2nd floor in the building just behind the restaurant. Close enough to hear the waves but no traffic noise from the street. Very large clean room with a comfy bed. Equipped with a refrigerator. They also provided a coffee maker upon request. Two ceiling fans and A/C ensured it was very comfy even during the humid rainy days. Tons of hot water in the shower and ample towels. Cozy deck space with hammock for afternoon naps and a very friendly cat who insisted on napping in my lap. Wifi service was very reliable from my room. The only negative point was the electrical outlets. A couple were very old and would not tightly grasp the prongs of my tablet charger. Otherwise , an excellent stay.

Room had decent decor. It was right across street from beach and beach was nice. Toilet did not have a strong flush and their were no closets no tv no phone. I asked for outlet repair but no one came for whole week.But personally I wouldn't go back!

Overpriced and poor service
Not a great experience at all. The towels had sharp burrs in them and the staff was shocked we would complain about such a thing. The sheets were dirty and may have had blood stains. The WiFi network provided wasn't available in the room we stayed in even though it's posted in the room. When we mentioned that they told us to connect to the attached restaurant WiFi because that original network never reaches that room. When we did so, that other network didn't work either. After being met with only rudeness the manager finally was apologetic and gave us free breakfast at the attached restaurant, which we appreciate. Of course, when we went to redeem, the restaurant had no idea. Location is convenient if you want to be at the west end, but otherwise good to skip this one.
