I arrived at the hotel well before the scheduled check-in time. When I asked if I could check in early, they told me I could leave my belongings and that they would notify me as soon as the cleaning was finished. They took great care in accepting my suitcases and personal items. I then left the hotel to explore the city, and they messaged me very quickly to let me know the room was ready. They were truly excellent in their preparations; when we collected our things and went to the room, we were welcomed by a spotlessly clean, cool space that offered a welcome escape from the heat. I would like to thank all the staff for their assistance. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Alicante and would highly recommend it.
