The only positive items were the ocean view and breakfast. Room was dusty and smelly. No hand towels, no coffee cups, no glasses, dusty shelves, dirty scratched up floors, pool was cloudy and unswimmable. If we were not exhausted we would’ve gone somewhere else

La habitación tenía muy hermosa vista al malecon, lo que no estuvimos a gusto fue que no realizan limpieza completa a la habitación, he encontrado el piso con grapas en las últimas 2 visitas (habitación y en esta ocasión en el baño) y en el área del lava manos no pasan ni un trapo, otra vez fue el piso que estaba como pegajoso y es señal de que no pasan ni el trapeador Adjunto imagen del lavabo.

Pésimo servicio de facturación, me dieron un número de wattsap para facturar, envié los datos necesarios y elaboraron las facturas con otra razón social, sigo esperando que me envíen las facturas correctas

Pésima atención, se solicitó la factura de la estancia, me proporcionaron un wattsap para enviar constancia fiscal y comprobantes de pago, posteriormente después de reclamar varias veces las facturas, me indicaron que ya las habían enviado, las facturas fueron emitidas con una razón social diferente y datos diferentes a los que yo proporcione, sigo esperando las facturas correctas

No había toalla de manos, el menú muy escaso. No había ni jugo de naranja. No hay corbatines para que no molesten temprano ya que la mucama desde muy temprano toca la puerta y grita muy fuerte y uno está cansado

Si su opcion es esa o dormir en su auto, duerman en su auto, no tiene absolutamente nada de 4 estrellas, es viejo, pelos en las sabanas, toallas deshilachadas, el olor en la habitacion era tan terrible que tuvimos.que dejar la puerta abierta un buen rato para ventilarlo, no habia internet y el chorro de afua para bañarse es muy debil y si lo aumentas el agua esta hirviendo literal, no se veia ningun canal en la television, ahorren su dinero y vayanse a otro hotel
