Misleading reviews. Worst hotel i have been to.

If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly the hotel has had someone close to them leave positive reviews because there is no way the good reviews on this hotel are accurate. I looked at Google maps recent reviews after our stay and found them to be much more accurate. Accessible room smelled terrible like someone just smoked a joint in the room. There was water damage throughout the entire bathroom and room. Paint peeling and bubbling everywhere. The floors, window seals, ac vents etc were dirty. The microwave had pieces broken off of it. I am sure it was not safe for use. Cigarette burn hole on comforter, no bags or liners in the trash cans. We checked in during the evening and as the night went on found more and more weird things (bottle of lotions wedged between light bulb and wall) and disgustingness. Some how survived the night without being robbed by the lovely drug addicts/vagrants hanging out on the property. Once daylight came and we could see everything in the light there was no way we could stay another night. We had to leave for the work meeting we were in town for and reluctantly left our cat and ice chest since we could not bring her with us to work. We booked another hotel and returned after work to retrieve cat (thank goodness she was ok). I spoke with front desk about all of our disappointment and that we were checking out and would like a refund for the following 3 night's we would not be staying due to the conditions. Still waiting for the refund.

Step up your game front desk guy this is your job

The front desk guy was too lazy and he made me wait 30 extra minutes before he could check me in and it was already 10 o’clock at night so Brent does guys super Duper Duper lazy and I’m injured with a broken arm and everything like that so I wouldn’t expect The front desk To be so lazy. and the front desk guy I am talking about is a younger gentleman who is African-American or darker colored skin he’s got a short crew cut hair and was wearing a dark navy blue button up long sleeve and I think he was from India according to his accent.

Worst Hotel in SLC

cigarette burns, smelled of bleach to the point of headache, literally unsafe individuals on the property and they didn’t call security. when i raised concerns and didn’t want to stay due to the conditions, they refused a refund.

Bed Bugs

This place is complete trash. We did not end up staying as I noticed the bed bug, as the cheeky little thing crawled out on the pillow two minutes after we entered the hovel of a room, with broken lights combo smell of stale sweat mixed with old cigarettes, dead roaches on the counter and a dilapidated curtain that would not completely cover the window. This place should be condemned.

Incredibly Gross

Bed was literally broken. The non-smoking room smelled like a conglomerate of substances had been used in the room. Roaches in the bathroom. The surfaces seemed clean, thank goodness. But that smell….. so incredibly gross. My son and I only stayed long enough to take a few hour nap. The pictures are very misleading. They’re either of another establishment or doctored.

Do not stay here

No maid service during a 4 night stay. I had to get my own towels, empty my own trash. The bed had the sheet on the outside of the blanket (weird). Closet doors were broken. No TV remote. I went to the desk and they said I couldn't change rooms and gave me a generic remote with taped in batteries (their last one). Door didn't close without pulling it to and a man walked into my room.
