Promised services not delivered, rooms very noisy
This hotel says that they offer airport shuttle service, which is one of the main reasons we booked here. We had a rental car from the airport that we were returning the evening before our flight the next day. We dropped our luggage at the hotel before returning the car to the airport. We wanted to be picked up at the airport to be transported back to the hotel—same as if we had flown in—but were told this is not possible. The receptionist said that if they did that 'they would be going back and forth to the airport all day.' This of course is not true, as we only wanted to use the shuttle to be picked up from the airport once and dropped off at the airport once. Additionally, the walls of the hotel are VERY thin. We were kept awake most of the night by our neighbours evening activities and blaring their TV for the whole night.

Comfortable room with free airport shuttle
Stayed a night on the lower floor unit. Overall it was comfortable. The gentleman who helped us at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The free airport transfer was a bonus... an Uber ride would have cost at least $25!

Run down, do not recommend
Awful hotel, not like photos at all. Run down and small room. Advertised as airport hotel but very far from airport. Very disappointing to have to spend our last night of our Australian vacation here. Was looking forward to this hotel stay but sorely disappointed. Definitely do not recommend. Based on the misleading advertising on hotels.com for this hotel I will not be using Hotels.com again for further bookings.

This hotel offers a free airport shuttle. When I called them from the airport after a 17 hour flight they advised the shuttle was broken. They did not offer an alternative and told me I would have to get a taxi. They also did not have a room for me at 1130 even though I booked a $30 11am early check in. My husband had to call them and was able to get them to waive the $30 dollar early check in fee and they organised a different room that was available. It wasn't really clean which is understandable if things were rushed but I was not impressed with the general lack of organisation. The rooms are not well insulated for noise if you happen to have noisy neighbours. I won't be going back. Others may find all this acceptable, I didn't because I felt the staff didn't really convey any responsibility for the issues rather they tried to diplomatically absolve any responsibilty they had. They also did not succeed to show any care about my customer experience.

Haven't stayed at the flag for several years, presently surprised. Clean and comfortable, fresh milk was a bonus. Checked in late after a long flight, slept like a baby. Will definitely stay again.

We booked for 3 people however when we checked in there was only 2 towels and 2 cups in the room. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasnt serviced when we asked reception why we were told if we wanted a service we needed to request one. Room was clean when we arrived the beds not that comfortable. The staff were friendly. We did have a meal at the restaurant onsite which was very nice.
