Good place overall.
My only real complaint is that I hated the penitentiary style soap/shampoo dispenser. Charge me an extra dollar and give me real soap and shampoo!

Very nice hotel
This is a very nice hotel with a great location. It is smart, clean with good services. The only negatives would be that thw WiFi is poor and very limited parking, I did not move the car as I was concerned that there would be no space when I returned.

Hotel Turm is very good value, super breakfast and friendly staff. Location near the town centre with underground station near the hotel.The Film museum is super for fans and families.

Not coming back.
Nothing went right, from check in to check out. First off, they couldn’t find my prepaid reservation. The room was clean enough, the bed was very small and not comfortable. No AC, and very noisy with window open. I tried to get extra towels, in the evening and finally was able to talk my way into getting one. The drink at the bar was awful and they didn’t have straws or anyway for me to stir my drink so everything was at the bottom. Check out was just as troublesome. It was in a prime location I needed.

Great location
Great location and room was average. No amenities like shampoo and conditioner and I could not use the wi-fi at all. Even returned to front desk for help but still wi-fi would not work. The staff was friendly. Best thing was the location.
