I’ve booked this hotel, my parents 50th birthday and eventually joined them on this holiday, but the hotel insisted that I have to pay them when I get to the hotel. On the arrival of the 7th of May, we arrived about 3 o’clock in the morning and they insisted they want €900, even though the agreement was around €640. Eventually, after arguing, they agreed that I would pay them €640, but the room was not ready so they put a temporary fold up bed in my parents room that had two single beds joints up together. The room wasn’t the best the headboard was Ripped In the bath and around the bath was a bit dirty, The worst of it was her the day before check out that room started to leak in the middle of the night. When we leave the bathroom will get flooded. Water was pouring out of the light socket as my mother went to the toilet in the middle of the night, as I feel this was a dangerous. I called reception 3 o’clock in the morning who offered me a different room which had a bunkbed into so one it was inconvenient, but we had to evacuate our room in the middle of the night. I used to service my parents quite a lot and then I had to sleep on the bunkbed for the rest of the next two days. I spoke to reception about this to follow.
