Hello Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour Sauf la nuit. Nous etions dans les suites avec piscine enndessous du bar a shisha. Le seul probleme etait certainement l'entretien apresles soireejusqau au moins 3hdu matin les tables et chaises qui traîne parvterre une horreur.

Godt hotel.

Dejligt hotel, fantastisk beliggenhed. Selv på et voksenhotel var der solsenge-ræs om morgenen, langt fra nok solsenge omkring poolen. Der er nok solsenge til alle, de er bare spredt rundt i haven, ikke ved poolen. Maden var fin og udvalget godt med forskellige temaer hver aften.

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

Mauvaise experience

J ai une une mauvaise experience , j ai pris deux chambres, une pour moi et une pour mes vieux parents avec option jaccuzi . Tout cela est bien , mais la surprise qui nous a ete reservee le soir estvde constater que ces deux chambres 3103 et 3105 sont directement sous une discotheque trop bruillante au dela de minuit. Pire encore , a 7 h du matin , le personnel qui s occupe de cette discotheque commence a faire le manage avec un bruit terrible d ustensile de cuisine de chaise et de tables qui sont tirés au sol avec un buit insupportable . C est vrailent dommage devant le cadre , l emplacement et la gentillesse du personnelle mais qui n a pas la main sur la gestion de ce sujet . Je dois saluer Mme Abir du staff de l hotel qui s est rapprochée de nous pour essayer de nous consoler un peu sur le malaise que nous avons du subir le long de notre sejour L hotel a au moins l obligation d avertir les gens sur le probleme de ces chambres au moment de la reservation et qui m ont coute pratiquement 600 euro par jour que ca ne merite pas devant le desagrement subi

Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware.

So we used a food delivery app to order diner… but the hotel staff refused to deliver in the room…. The location and all inclusive option is great to have since we stayed towards end of our trip and wanted some western food. The amenities were great. However, we found the massage option wasn't convenient because it was not inside the option but was outside in another spa. There were miscommunication with the spa and how to make payments so we had to sort it out. The experience could have been better. The hotel said we can charge our room but the outside spa requested us to pay at the spa which we didnt expect. We got nervous and wasn't sure what we can do since we need to get back to our hotel in order to make payment. But aside from that we had a good experience.

Correct

Le séjour était correct. L'emplacement est idéal. Petit dej et dîner étaient bons mais déjeûner assez fade. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme loin de la piscine, on nous a proposé une chambre basique avec une vue sur le toit et les paraboles... En revanche, le plus gros point négatif fut le comportement du personnel. Nous avons constaté une nette différence de traitement à notre encontre (nous sommes d'origine marocaine) par rapport à la clientèle étrangère, qui était mieux servie et systématiquement prioritaire. Merci de transmettre le message aux serveurs des restaurants et personnels de réception que chaque client doit faire l'objet du même traitement.
