NOT Value for Money

1. The toilet size's lobby~ 2. Only the day time manager can speak English and rest staffs wouldn't try to answer you anything 3. Don't trust the map, you have to walk 15 mins to the nearby subway or zona rosa. At night, there are lots of street sleepers around. 4. Taxi wouldn't pass the hotel but there are always "illegal driver" standby at the entrance. 5. The room is quite small but the most disaster is the shower, rain forest style but it drops so so so slowly never get enough water to rinse off the shampoo 6. Basic Breakfast Definitely not worth MXN 1080 per night~

Excelente lugar!

Todo muy bien a excepción del ruido, ya es suficiente con el de la calle y ahora están remodelando y es excesivo. Pero fuera de eso todo muy bien esperemos que el ruido valga la pena para algo todavía mejor. Gracias!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was okay. Everything was walkable distance. A few blocks away from Angel de Independencia. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast. In my opinion its not worth paying extra. Portions are super small and they run out of juice and milk by 9am both days we were there. No way for my kids to eat cereal without milk. Im not exaggerating but the portions of a toast we got it was 1/8 of a piece of toast. They cut it onto 4 triangles then cut those triangles in half. Also, our toilet got clogged the first night and nobody was available to fix it. They told us they will fix it the next morning and that didn't happen so we had to go to the 7th floor to everytime we needed to use the restroom until we checked out basically 2 days later. It was never fixed.

The hotel was very nice the service was very good. The parking into the garage is very tight for big cars I have a Buick Enclave SUV and it barely fit. There was some loud music coming from next door and they brought us up some earplugs didn't help a lot but it was a nice gesture. I would consider staying there again.

Very Noisy!

The Hotels.com description says that this room is soundproof and that is the farthest from the truth. You can hear everything from every room around you and in the hallway as well. They even have a sign in the room that says you can request ear plugs. The beds were ok but the pillows were the worst I've ever experienced and we literally just stuffed with a polyester material that wasn't even covered other than the pillowcase. The sink loses pressure after a few seconds of being on and then makes a hammering sound. Most of the reception staff do not speak English so I had to use a translator a lot. The towels are falling apart. The showerhead doesn’t give a lot of water as well. Cleaning staff were super polite and helpful. The cleaning lady was nice to change my sheets as the ones on arrival had stains on them. The room description says it has a washer and dryer which is also not true.
