The breakfast was amazing!
Staff was very nice except for a young male staff at the reception desk. I spoke in Swedish, although American, I gave him the respect and pleasantry of speaking his language. When I asked a question about a word I didn’t understand, in Swedish, he responded back in a very rude way as if I was dumb to not know what the word meant. I don’t have a disability but if I had, how would that have been acceptable? I’ve lived and worked in Sweden previously although not now, for 3 1/2 years with Swedish friends and family, so I know rude Swedish when I hear it. Spoiled the experience for me.
Also our room was right by a very heavily congested street on the first floor with no air condition. Had to open the windows for cool air, then had to listen to all possible transport vehicles with loud mufflers ALL night long, plus the exhaust from them was heavy in our room. Did not sleep well.
