The breakfast was amazing! Staff was very nice except for a young male staff at the reception desk. I spoke in Swedish, although American, I gave him the respect and pleasantry of speaking his language. When I asked a question about a word I didn’t understand, in Swedish, he responded back in a very rude way as if I was dumb to not know what the word meant. I don’t have a disability but if I had, how would that have been acceptable? I’ve lived and worked in Sweden previously although not now, for 3 1/2 years with Swedish friends and family, so I know rude Swedish when I hear it. Spoiled the experience for me. Also our room was right by a very heavily congested street on the first floor with no air condition. Had to open the windows for cool air, then had to listen to all possible transport vehicles with loud mufflers ALL night long, plus the exhaust from them was heavy in our room. Did not sleep well.

På utsidan ser hotellet litet ut, när man kliver in möts man av en harmonisk miljö och oerhört vänlig personal. Rummet fräscht och fint! Vi får veta att frukost och middag ingår i priset och att kaffe/kaka/frukt finns att ta i matsalen. Frukostbuffén är en dröm! Hembakt bröd, charkuterier, ostar, sill, röror, hemgjord müsli, fräsch frukt, bra och goda alternativ om du ej tål mjölk/laktos/gluten, varma frukostalternativ och allt är topp! Vi är så glada att vi stannade på detta hotell som känns så mycket mer personligt och vänligt! Högsta poäng!
