Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

O hotel fica numa localização boa próximo ao centro. A maior decepção ficou por conta do café da manhã. Poucas opções e o que tinha não tinha qualidade. O molho de salsicha estava horrível. Bom atendimento por parte dos colaboradores.

Achamos fraco, opinião de muitos, pois o nosso grupo era grande. No nosso caso, somos mineiras, e estamos acostumadas com um café mais generoso. O restante é sem queixas, muito bom!
