We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. Lunch near the pool area was also very good. The grounds and vegetation are stunning and the beach is beautiful. This is a beautiful venue to recharge the batteries. Would highly recommend!

This is a truly beautiful hotel. Everything about it is luxurious from the pool and beach to the rooms and restaurants The staff are friendly and so attentive. It’s quite remote so a car would be advisable however the hotel can arrange taxis to restaurants but there is a surcharge after 10 pm. There’s nothing really negative to say about this hotel Its a perfect retreat if you want relaxation and peace and quiet.The drinks are on the expensive side but I guess it’s what you pay in hotels of this calibre I would definitely stay again

A beautiful adults only resort with a spectacular beach and pool facilities! Dining was an experience and did not disappoint. Above all, service was excellent and unlike anywhere I’ve experienced … even at the Four Seasons. Amazing spot to come and unwind after a busy Italy road trip.

Lovely staff . Very nice hotel. Drink and food far too expensive for what it was and limited choice of Italian dishes. Also no toilets near beach so a long trek to use toilet from beach.

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Everything is so clean, well cared for and the true picture of luxury/relaxation. The service is exceptional and the attention to detail very appreciated. The only issue is the taxi fee to near by towns is excessive at $70 euro round trip to a town 20 min away. This was a great hotel, great stay & will come again

From the moment I walked into the property, I felt welcome. Francesca greeted me with an authentic smile and checked me in on the terrace. From there it only got better with the property offering lovely rooms, spectacular food/wine, and a true get away sensation at a time Europe is overrun with tourists. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful location on a very long stretch of beach. It is a true 5 star property and 5 star experience with fantastic service and professional staff. The rooms are large, well appointed and very clean. The property is landscaped beautifully and well maintained. The restaurants are first rate. Stay here if you are in Castiadas.

found bite marks in the bread at breakfast - bread clearly being reused which is unsanitary and ruined the dining experience for me for the rest of the trip I have videos of black ants in the hotel room. Cleaning schedule seemed irratic with the cleaners often coming at strange times - room was never really cleaned. They just made the bed. Staff clearly overworked with the same staff on at breakfast working all the way until dinner service or later Staff seemed somewhat annoyed that we elected to use their transfer services frequently to dine outside the resort - we were left waiting for 1 hour to return at one point after notification. While we were fine to wait - it was the one time no one greeted us on our return and felt pointed Beautiful resort, great food and grounds but just some thoughts

Fabulous hotel with incredible beach!
We absolutely loved the hotel and beach. The ocean was heaven! Staff were all very friendly and happy to assist. They also had a great breakfast! We thought the sheets were low quality and mattress needs to be updated. We also thought they could have had free water refill stations as we felt the number of plastic bottles we went through was ridiculous, especially for a hotel on the beach. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. It exceeded our expectations!
