Super hôtel à proximité des gares ce qui a été très pratique pour le trajet à l'aéroport et le trajet aux Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter. Proximité du British Museum. Des pubs typiques et des gens adorables ! Bref, super accueil à l'hôtel, nous avons très bien dormi. La consigne des bagages est gratuite....... Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Absolute amazing location walking distance from Kings cross. Ok breakfast not amazing but has all the basics (english breakfast, yoghert, fruits, some pancakes, croissants) Hotel is overal comfortable and very good value for money given the location

Good breakfast, good location. Quiet room. Staff was polite and helpful enough. The street where the entrance is, is not the prettiest street in London, but it is a good place to set out from if you like walking around town.

Städningen uteblev trots att vi bad om det i receptionen, 5 nätter utan städning, det kan man inte vara nöjd med. Receptionen bad så mycket om ursäkt, det blev nog en miss nånstans i deras interna kommunikation. Men i övrigt ett bra hotell med trevlig personal och en fin frukost. Rekommenderas.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix très bien placé pour visiter Londres et très bien desservie pour les différents transports en commun, idéal pour un séjour en couple ou en famille (chambre familiale très bien avec 4 places) Situé dans une petite rue donc dans l'ensemble plutôt calme. Petit déjeuner parfait et copieux avec du choix (sucré et salé). Manque juste une étagère pour ranger son linge lorsque l'on reste plusieurs nuit notemment Je recommande!

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel other than being in a truly great location in Kings Cross. I wasn't disappointed, the elevators only work when they feel like, I had to have my key card changed out 3 times after getting to my room and finding it wouldn't function, and the room itself was very stuffy with no way of getting regular air circulation. No window and no fan that would stay on. I will say the shower was great for the UK but unless you need a spot - right there - I would definitely look at other options. Probably closer to a 2 star hotel than 3.
