close to coloseo
Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service.

Hard to find but convenient to tourist attractions
We walked there, and it was hard to find. I never did see a street sign for the address. It’s a big wooden door next to small bar on the corner. Just off the main separated street.

False Advertising & very bad service but nice room
Booked a room with one Queen bed and one Single bed which (as advertised) would accomodate 4 persons. Was travelling with my mother so I wanted two beds. Check In was easy. Location ist very good, Just about 400m to the Colosseum. What we got was a very nice and clean room with a Queen bed and a sleeping Couch. No single bed, but a sleeping Couch...I was OK with that. But I couldn't find a second blanket, there was only the one for the Queen bed. Asked them at around 7pm If I could get another blanket. They just asked for the ID of the second person and denied a second blanket. Horrible service. How this is listed as an accomodation for 4 people is beyond me. Paying ~130 Euros for 1 night and getting this service and a false advertised bed situation is ridiculous. Travelled all over the world but this service ( regarding the price p night ) unfortunately was one of the worst I experienced.

Wonderful Place to STAY in ROME!
Wow! What a great stay. The location was amazing! Close to the Colosseum and the Metro. The room was perfect for us and was up to date. The area felt safe and secure. There is also a great coffee/ pastry right down stairs.

There were no check in instructions and they asked we leave an additional 20 euro cash for a travel tax that wasn’t included in our initial booking. No other hotel on our tour of Italy did this. Very disappointing.

Perfect place for a visit to Rome- 5 minute walk to colosseum, 20-30 minutes walk to many other sites. Close to good restaurants. Room is clean and air conditioned. There’s a little bakery/store below if you want to grab a quick breakfast or drink at night.

Pour notre arrivée nous n'avions pas reçu l'information concernant le code d'entrée ni a quelle endroit ramasser la clé de la chambre, une chance qu'il faisait beau cette journée là. Les communications avec le concierge etaient difficiles durant notre séjour, par contre lorsque nous avons oublié de laisser le montant pour la taxe municipale la communication fut tres rapide et j'ai payé la taxe. Pour la propreté correcte, par contre l'une des serviette avait une grosse tache brunâtre et il y avait une tache de sang sur le coin de l'edredon. Pour le quartier de rome le pix etait bon, mais tu obtiens ce pourquoi tu payes.

The property was nice and convenient to proximity of the coliseum. A bit challenging to get into building at first but once figured out it was fine.

Lovely place! Beautiful building, everything new and updated in the apartment. Comfortable bed. In the heart of Rome. Short walk to the Colloseum. Quiet and safe. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.
