交通方便

高地和尼斯湖玩了一天之后晚上入住很晚，晚上9点多出去距离不远就到了很热闹的一条街，购物餐饮好多店开到很晚。第二天晚上航班飞伦敦，早上CHECK-OUT之后把行李寄存好就去市区玩，等傍晚打车去机场，由于这店就爱丁堡市区在去机场的路上，所以经过拿行李相当便利，不增加打车费用。有一个缺陷是厨房放不下餐桌，房间里也没有桌子，所以在里面吃东西要站着。

Comfortable and clean

The location is very convenient. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Princes Street. Room are spacious and clean with all the kitchenware you need. Nice and very helpful staff. But thing is there's no lift so you have to carry your heavy baggage to your room. And the room lock seems not working too well.

På værelset er der et lille køkken med to kogeplader, køleskab og mikroovn. Service til to personer og kun det helt basale køkkenudstyr beregnet til lette måltider. God beliggenhed. Ingen elevator så stedet er ikke egnet til dårligt gående. Hotellet er begyndt at være slidt, men har tidligere været et meget pænt hotel.

Disappointing

Was very disappointed with the condition of our room, as well as the lack of communication when I did send them a message. The location is very good, the bed was very comfortable and it was convenient to have a small kitchen. I appreciated the email for late check in and that was easy. The place is in need of some repairs and proper cleaning. There was a lot of dust/mold in the bathroom vent as well as the fridge vents, the curtains were coming off the rod, the tv remote was absolutely disgusting and the kitchen didn't have enough tools to actually cook much. My communication during our stay on this went unanswered. I wouldn't stay there again because of the above.

Loads of space and great location.

Have stayed a couple of times now and have just re-booked. Great location, within a super easy walk to the tram, loads of bus routes etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in is easy, too.

Très bon séjour à Édimbourg, l'hôtel est bien situé, a côté de Dean Village et du tram. L'accueil y est chaleureux. Nous avions une chambre simple, avec une cuisine. Pratique pour son petit déjeuner.

Weekend resa med en vän, övergripande bra hotell som ligger nära till mataffär, spårvagn, buss, flygplats och alla stora sevärdheter som Edinburgh har att utforska. Det ända som var lite på det tråkiga sidan är att vattenpumpen låter högt när man har igång vattnet. Lite tråkig inredning i hotellrummet.

The property is fairly close to bus and tram transportation. It's 2 block walk to the main road that connects directly to Princes street. My main complaint is there is only once accessible outlet in the bedroom. There are outlets you can use in the kitchen which we did. No outlet other than for a shaver connection (not a standard outlet) in the bathroom. Had to use the one outlet available in the bedroom to use the hair dryer (or use the kitchen outlet). With 4 adults and phones, iPad, portable chargers to re-charge, that was an inconvenience. There is no option to purchase any water or snacks in hotel. We were placed on the first floor which was super convenient given our heavy luggage. I don't think there is a lift.
