Think twice, before you book your stay.
The reception staff attitude seemed to be the less wok the better, never mind guest service. There is no housekeeping unless you stay 9 nights or more and it’s only once. Then imagine humid air and the smell that comes from beach towels that there’s no possibility to change! We had 7 maintenance issues during a 10 nights stay, one of the included pest control even this is ensured that measures are taken for this not to happen. The property is only 10 years old, but a constant turnover of guests show signs and needs of a makeover. Missing tiles in bathroom and pool… The area is quiet. The view is nice, especially if you’re staying in the first tower, Indigo. Housekeeping and maintenance staff is friendly and service oriented. We enjoyed our stay, but… The promoted beach is just a promotion and a huge disappointment.

One Happy Island
We have been coming to Aruba every year for 26 years and watched them build the Blue and Azure Residences. They are beautiful and have always wanted to stay in one. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with no balcony. I don't remember that part in the description. If it was I missed it. Had I known I would probably chosen a different location. The unit was extremely small but adequate for a week but not much longer. I couldn't imagine being that cramped for the season. The queen bed was comfortable but in a frame set on the floor. I'm sure difficult for older people to get out of. The views were fantastic. The grounds were very well maintained. The infinity pools were exceptional although chairs were limited for a development of this size. As nice as the pools were is as bad as the hot tub was. It is an aftermarket hot tub like you might purchase from Costco and set on the grounds almost as an afterthought. Like the designers forgot to include it in the original design. In addition it was not working and management seemed unconcerned about its repair. The unit had window shades that raised and lowered from the top down. When open, it offered beautiful views of the ocean. It also offered views from the pools right into the unit. Offering absolutely no privacy. When closed, you could not see out and it was quite confining. Overall its a very beautiful development and I give them an A+ for the pool and grounds and a C for most everything else.

Great accommodations. Room was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Linens and pillowcases had stains(I understand washing in bulk) Shower was wonderful once we figured out how to turn on hot water. Staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining outside walkways and pool areas. Walkable distance to beaches and attractions and stores. Great stay overall

The beach chairs in the unit are old and falling apart. The beach across the street is very rocky and we had to pay for chairs to rent because the Blue Residence does not have any space at the beach.

Our room wasn’t cleaned mid week and no new linens were provided. There are limited dining options around the property and the beaches are 10 minutes away. The grocery store was 20 minute walk. I would recommend getting a rental car.

Excellent location. Accessible to beach & restaurant area. Taxis are easily available and very reasonably priced. Should ask for directions to markets & convenience stores if you intend to use them (long walk or taxis to these)

This was a really great property. The amenities in the space was great, the view of the pool and sunset was worth it. Super foods is conveniently nearby a 20-25min walk or a 2 min drive. The room appears clean but details should be taken to ensure some of the detail cleaning is ensured. Love the washer and dryer. The kitchen and amenities were good. Had some issues with the TV remotes but front desk and maintenance were prompt in getting it rectified.
