Extremely disappointing living experience
It has been a very disappointing stay in this apartment
It can basically included in below 4 points
1. according to the regulation the place mentioned itself, the reception should be opened at 11am. Yet we did not see anyone in the reception at nearly 1200noon. By calling the owner a few times, he then came to reach us 15 to 20 minutes later. Thus fake opening time causing us to waste plenty of time outside the hotel with our luggage
2. Our booking include breakfast, yet the so called breakfast is two croissant stick in a plastic bag with a coffee machine in our room. So as a small box of cereal and milk.
I think this is not a tourist expect an included breakfast is
3. The water heater in our room is shared with two rooms. The owner knocked on our door at 1000 and said it has to be repaired because the other roomheat is not working. Not only did he came in and out for few times but he needs us to allow his access in the afternoon without our present to fix the water heater, claim that he will not touch our stuff but we saw our stuff does being moved yet nothing missing
4 This hotel is not allowed to have our baggage stored in it claimed that there is "no omeone looking at " which cause us many extra money as Venice station cost euro6 for 5 hours of keeping 1 luggage.
