Good location and service
Good location with mtr and bus stop nearby. Room is big and clean, staffs are helpful and willing to anwer all my question about travel. In winter, heat is everywhere in lobby, corridor and hotel rooms. quite satisfied. Only thing disappoint me is the breakfast buffet less of choices and is not tasty.

Good position. Hotel in centre of city. Only two minutes by walk to MTR. Can easily to train station by bus. Hotel a little bit old but price is attractive. Average is good. Will recommend to friends.

Prime location but service has yet to improve.
1. The location is close to the tourist spot, subway station and bus stops. 2. We can buy daily consumption items are easy, eg fruit store, Chemistry stop etc 3. We stayed in that day when the temperature of Xian is lowered a bit. The hotel stopped the central ventilation. I felt the room is badly ventilated but the staff answered no way except offered me a box fan or change to another room. It is not a well acceptable service for switching off the ventilation system of the room without any advance notices. This is not a "small scale operated motel" in desert area. 4. The inside door of handle of toilet was broken and I have to summon other to open it. 5. The public toilet located near lift lobby of ground floor has a terrible stink smell. I felt uneasy in the lift lobby. 6. Even I provided the Booking detail to the check-in staff, they still spent 15 min to locate my booking. They said that no such record and finally another staff could retrieve the printed record. Obviously, the check in staff is not familiar with the operation. 7. The staff never advise the customer which subway station, bus stop are closing to this hotel during check in. I walked 1,5 km for the subway station in the first two days and finally located the nearby bus stop and subway station by myself. They are lack of caring of their customers 8. The nearby Karaoke sound was heard in my room until 2300 hrs daily. 9. Final: the room rate is reasonable but the service has yet to improve.

Nice hotel with great location
We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was spacious, clean, and with cigarette odor. We had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, 7-9 am, with Chinese and western foods. The hotel staffs at the front desk and in the dining room are quite friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience staying in this Days Inn City Centre Xi'an.

Hotel bem agradavel com atendimento de qualidade. Boa localização proximo ao centro da cidade e perto da estação de metro. Café da manhã diferenciado com frutas, geleia, pão e ovos mexidos ou fritos na hora.

Worth it for the location
FANTASTIC location and super clean, but they need to work on their customer service...they have a few English-speaking staff, but when I called from my room, the staff hung up on me instead of transferring me to an English-speaking colleague. Hotellet låg bra till med promenadavsatånd till det mesta centralt. Mkt trevlig personal på ett lite slitet hotell, men klart prisvärt. Svart gott kaffe till frukost gick bra att få.

The hotel is a little bit run down but the staff is phenomenal. And wow to their breakfast - just outstanding. The main problem is that taxis do not want to take you there from the train station because it is pretty close - well close is relative when you have no idea where you are. Once I knew the way it is close.
