Customer service needs more training, needs to pay more attention to guest's request and make their stay more confortable.
We simply asked for more towels and house keeping service. Unfortunately, we were told that the hotel is fully booked( We are their guests too)and we needed to wait 4 hours to get extra towels only because the laundry room is packed, I was also told that house keeping is not available and i needed to bring dirty towels,garbage to the main floor? Not sure if they got any training but honestly i never heard any front desk telling their guests that we are super busy,the hotel is booked and we can't help you at the moment?? We booked our reservation in advance therefore, they know that the hotel will be booked. Im sorry but its unfortunate to say that i will never go back to this hotel.
