Nice And Bad
Ac was not cooling so much,, and it was realy noizy knocking by ac,,,, bath tub water leakage,,, bathtub tab need to be replaced, closet sliding door nor working, not adequit lighting ..... it is so clean and amazing decoration at loby, quite, excelent people at front desk,,,quick service... You need to check the room before you confirm staying. Other wise place and hotel location is excelent from wvery thing, malls resturants...etc

Old, outdated, and expensive
I’m very surprised this hotel is a 4-star hotel!! It built 38 years ago. The AC is very old. I spent two nights with the smell of the kitchen in my room!! The housekeeper was very annoying on the corridor and when knocking the doors. The restaurant closes at midnight!!! Yeah, I came after a long day with meetings and wasn’t able to find anything to eat!!! Very disappointed!!! Oh god! That was a nightmare :(

Characteristic hotel, somewhat "old looking"
Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is only available as room service, there's no buffet. Quality is barely sufficient (nescafé or tea, so-so bread, good orange juice, plus some custom options). Dinner is great, served as an all-you-can-eat buffet with large choice of traditional food (and some "classic" food options). Lots of fruits and desserts, the dinner can be had besides the swimming pool. The pool is nice, rather large (not a full 25-meter pool though) and very very useful when you are back in the afternoon and it's 45 degrees outside! The room is large, air conditioning works well enough, but the bathroom is dimly lit and the shower is too low (if you are taller than 170 cm you'll have to bend in order to wash your hair). Location is very handy if you have to go to STC as it's 5 minutes away by car (use Uber!).

Séjour pour travailler. donc pas trop le temps de visiter la ville. (Celle ci n'aime pas trop les couleurs pastelles et sobres à priori).Concernant l'hotel; finitions à verifier, l'hotel étant un petit vieux.

STALE FOOD when I had three meals.
The food was stall. I paid SR108 to have a buffet which gave me food poisoning. When I spoke to the reception their argument was that others ate that food too. I explained may be they didnt what I ate. More all my meal were at the hotel as shown by my invoice. I have stayed in another hotel MENA Riyadh for last 5 years but since it was fully booked I was recommended this hotel by my travel agent who has an office next door. This hotel has a number of things going for it. It is in close proximity of all the businesses I visit. Its peaceful but and have some nice friendly staff. But the customer relationship sucks. The least they could have offered a doctor but they spent their entire time in denying whether there was anything wrong with the food where some TLC would have gone a long way.

My home away from home in Riyadh.
>Last year,I stayed here every week for almost 6 months.With the greetings from all the staff,it was like returning home. >The room was very comfortable. >Room service was quick,very reasonably priced and the food was delicious. >Internet was free and fast. >Breakfast was included. >I'm still amazed by the authentic Syrian decor in the lobby,particularly the wooden ceiling.

Not haveing 4star facility.
No mormal water after 10am. Buffet breakfast does not have fruits or varaiety of taste just omlett. No internation news channel or entertainment channel. No indian food availabe in hotel. Hand water tab is also not there to clean our self after stool or urine is the biggest problem. All washroom equipment are not working properly and having noise like a train engine. Away from city... I suppose thay must return my money back. Pls see before booking this hotel.
