We stayed here overnight to attend Summerfest. Very easy to walk to the fest and had a nice breakfast nearby in the morning. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The Hotel location was great. However, valet service was terrible. At one point I had to wait for almost an hour for valet service to retrieve my car and the response I got from Valet was they lost my car and were trying to located. I was hugely concerned.

I’m surprised they didn’t charge me to breathe the air in the hotel. Over priced. Overall, it was the last hotel with open rooms. Beds were comfortable

The location is excellent with many restaurants within walking distance and proximity to the lake and Art museum. The windows were filthy and The bathroom had mold in the grout and was in need of an update. It looked like a motel and not worth the money. The valet parking is a scam at $47.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. We came in for a concert at SummerFest on a Friday evening. The parking valet service was quick and less expensive than the festival parking lots. The registration desk employees were very helpful.

The staff were excellent. The people who checked us in and out at the front desk were professional, upbeat, and full of positive energy. Marriott is lucky to have them. We checked in with a woman on Saturday Feb 11th around 1pm and checked out with a man on Sunday Feb 12th around 10am. Don't remember their names to give them a personal shout out.

We discovered this property filed for bankruptcy in the week before our stay. All of a sudden the elevators not working seemed to make more sense. While they are reorganizing and staying open during the bankruptcy proceeding, I believe some things may have been out of order for a lengthy period of time because of it. The staff was very friendly and the valet service was top notch for a busy Sunday morning.

Lots of hassle for a fun one night stay

2 Queen beds paid for at Marriot Transferred to Westin right after I booked Westin out us in a king bed room but didn’t tell me at check in so I had to go back to lobby and they told me it was the only room available but it was fine because it had a sleeper sofa They said they would send up sheets so we could make up the sofa bed I got to my room and it was not possible to open the sofa bed the way it was set up, so we had to move a bedside table a footstool and turn the extremely heavy sofa bed 90 degrees so we could open the sofa bed. The sofa bed had a random dirty towel made into it when we opened the sofa bed. The sheets were delivered to us and we got to make up our own sofa bed and then we went to sleep. The next day I called marriot because the Westin told me that marriot would deal with the situation. They Apollo’s gave me 30,000 marriot Bo boy points and free breakfast at the Westin. We went in for the free breakfast and placed our order. The waiter never returned to refill our coffee or water. After 42 minutes our food was delivered. And the waiter left the check and disappeared again. The breakfast was nice but it took over an hour to get food and we were starving. The bathrooms had no paper towels as we were leaving. Victoria was desk agent at Westin, very nice professional Brianna at marriot was also very nice.

The hotel is fine, but I’d rate it a 5/6. The hotel itself is pretty and a good location. We were in town for a wedding and arrived to the hotel at 4:30 with a rehearsal dinner starting at 5 pm. Our room was not ready, and no one seemed to know why. We tried the restaurant one time during our stay but a chicken Caesar salad, and soup took 45 minutes so we never returned. There seems to be staff at the hotel (always 3 or 4 at the front desk) but no one seemed interested in actually servicing guests. The valet service took 30 minutes as well. By our checkout day, we had no clean towels or toilet paper left, this was for 3 people. We had a great weekend but when it came to service of any sort at this hotel, it was very disappointing.

Loved the bar/restaurant. Had desert there one night and was really good. The bar had a good crowd one night and a quiet smaller crowd a different night but the service was great.
