The property is an older motel and a bit run down but the beds were comfortable and cable TV worked. It was quiet and AC worked well. We got a good night’s sleep and shower for an early departure.

Place is a total dump in every way. Seemed like I was staying in a room from the 1960's. Not enough space here to list all the negatives. Area around the motel is also in decline and crime infested it appears. Skip this place

The room I got fit my needs perfectly as a solo traveler and staff were very nice at this location in Raton, New Mexico. The room was large enough to feel comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator and bathtub. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi connectivity that was about 20% reliable and I did not have cell service so it limited all of my phone and iPad usage. I stayed across the street from the office, which is probably why, and they may consider moving the router or adding one to that side of the property since cell service is little to none. Other than that, it was a very pleasant day at a very reasonable price.
