Lovely, clean and beautifully presented room in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially when we initially had trouble getting in. My only reservation was that there was no bathroom on our floor, meaning we had to go downstairs and along a corridor to use the facilities, which felt a little uncomfortable at night. Overall, though, excellent value for money and I would happily recommend it to other travellers.

An excellent stay at a great price in the heart of Brighton. The self-check-in process was simple, and the online reception team was incredibly responsive. The white linen was spotless, and complimentary coffee and tea were provided. Fantastic value for money. Stone throw away from the beach and beautiful lanes

Booked two rooms at Number 75 - worked very well for a 1-night stay in central location close to Brighton Centre. Rooms clean and well-equipped with fans for the hot weather. Nice to find tea/coffee facilities too. Communication was great, with all the information needed to access the rooms provided in good time. Had not realised Room 1 was on top floor up several flights of stairs - which was difficult for my older guests - but as it was just one night, this was manageable.

Useful hotel for a one night stay, good location near the sea and easy walk to the city, There are no staff so its all remote, seems reasonably secure. Bed was reasonably comfy but very narrow, was a bit like being on an ironing board, don't roll over!!! The room had a bit of a strange aroma when I first went in, but I figured out that the window did open (although it was not immediately obvious how to keep it open) and the room was fresh as a daisy after that!

Unbeatable Location and Value in Brighton! Number 75 is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to be right in the heart of Brighton! The location is truly the best—you step out the door and are immediately at the seafront, pier, and The Lanes. It made exploring the city so incredibly easy. The self check-in process was seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated, allowing for a flexible arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including the essential tea/coffee facilities and fast Wi-Fi. Yes, being in such a central, vibrant location means you get city noise, but that’s the trade-off for staying in the middle of all the action! If you're looking for prime access to the beach and all of Brighton's nightlife and attractions at a great price, this place is superb value for money. Highly recommend for a central, convenient, and fun stay!
