Very Good location. Very clean with a new bathroom. Martin was a very helpful contact who responded to text immediately. Very Good restaurant recommendations as well.

The location is great, the hotel has everything you need, and the young staff member was especially welcoming. Unfortunately, a power outage lasted for multiple hours one night, making it very difficult to sleep without AC. In the morning, they kindly moved us as our room had been particularly affected. The manager/owner, I believe, entered our room and rushed to move some of our belongings, despite it being four hours before the next check-in. He accidentally dropped my eyeshadow palette, destroying five shades. It costs the equivalent of 7,500 lek in Denmark. He apologized and left. My boyfriend went to ask about compensation. When asked the price, he said he would come upstairs to ask me the price. Instead, the manager shortly afterwards knocked hard, entered our new room and asked me himself while I was crying from frustration stemming from lack of sleep on my holiday. Holding the palette, he said he would pay but then keep it. I explained I couldn’t buy the same in Albania. He laughed, questioned why I wanted compensation while keeping it. I said I wasn’t asking for full price and let him decide what was fair. He gave me €20. While I was crying, he asked my age, pointed at my face and repeatedly said, “your health is the most important thing”. I found this incredibly patronising. Also, he had come to my room, I had not approached him crying. He only left after my boyfriend repeatedly asked him to. Accidents happen, but his handling of the situation is unacceptable.
