After I checked in, I found out the lid of the toliet bowl was not fitted (as in the whold thing was unattached to the base). Since I came in quite late (around 10pm as I was on a work trip), I called the front desk and asked for a new room as I just wanted to get into bed straight away. Quickly enough I was offered a new room, and only when I went in I realised it was a dissability room, which of course I called the front desk and asked for a normal room. And only then the same staff, who handled my check in as well, told me my old room was ready for me to go back. I am VERY unhappy about this given
1) It is hard to beleive on a normal weekday the only room availble for me is a dissability room, which means it was all just a trick to get me out of the room and for the staff to fix it,
2) I DID NOT expect a 5-star hotel staff will trick its customer this way. Maybe the hotel management will think this is excellent work for a staff to handle its customer, but for a customer who paid for an expensive hotel room, the least he expected is being tricked by the staff
