New hotel and great staff with lots of care to customers. The location is convenient with buses to the old town. The only thing is the parking facility is limited but understandable for a popular tourist location.

Lovely room, outside of Salzburg central area but convenient public transport stops nearby and free tourist travel available at reception which was a great added bonus. No evening food options at the hotel is disappointing but everything else is excellent- easy parking, pet friendly and great breakfast options. Would recommend to others.

Room was nice, clean and quiet. For our taste the beds were on the hard side. On the negative side was the breakfast in the sense that by the time we arrived quite a few things were empty and not topped up again during the time we spent there. Got a feeling they were understaffed. This is the only remark that clouded our 2 nights stay.
