The property had no signboard, making it extremely difficult to locate. After a lot of searching, I finally found it.
The condition of the room was very poor, and there was no water available in the washroom. When I made the booking through the app, the total amount displayed for a two-day stay was approximately ₹1,500. However, upon arriving at the property, the staff informed me that they would not accept bookings made through the app and insisted that I pay ₹1,200 per day instead. After negotiations, I still had to pay an additional ₹500, bringing the total amount I paid to ₹2,000.
There was also no food arrangement at the property. The staff said they could order food from outside but expected me to pay extra for their delivery and transportation charges.
Due to these issues, I checked out on the very same day without staying at the property, despite having already paid ₹2,000.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
