Booked here for an overnight stay to catch up with friends. Great position overlooking the central square. You can hear some noise from the local establishments on an evening if your room looks this way but it wasn’t a problem. Rooms have been refurbished with quality touches, nice bedding and towels etc. There’s no reception, as the rooms are above the business below. You receive a code to enter property and another to enter your room. Would stay again if in the area.

The property itself was beautiful. It is decorated to a high standard, good sized room and a great bathroom. It's also perfectly located directly in the centre of Lytham. Getting into the property though was an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to receive details before we arrived with the codes to enter the property but they were not provided. We ended up sat outside for 30 minutes calling the emergency number that just went to a voicemail. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone who was at the property who was really helpful. I would absolutely stay again but I'd make sure I had the codes before we arrived.
