The hotel location was near a lot of food stalls and shops and was walkable to shopping areas so this was great for my group. Hotel staff spoke english and was very accomodating. There was a room for luggage if you arrive early or have a late flight on your last day. The room is just the right size. Bed, duvet and pillows were all very good quality and comfy. AC worked well and room amenities were complete. Small fridge, TV, safe, lots of sockets to charge gadgets, slippers, hangers, great water pressure made our stay really comfy and its great to use as a home base especially if you plan to do a lot of shopping in the Pratunam area. You will never go hungry whether you are a night owl or early bird and so many eateries to choose from and street food stalls. Massage places are open late, FX changers and shops selling food and souvenirs and 7-11s are also nearby.

Global Hotel amenities were a bargain deal for a short stay to explore the city. All staff are attentive, friendly and went above their call of duty to ensure the stay was comfortable. The Google Map location to the hotel was incorrect in Expedia. Apple Map showed it correctly.

Hotel is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The lift was out for 2days but it was fixed later on. Internet connectivity was not so good.
