Fantastisk beliggenhed og poolområde. Lækre lejligheder og meget venligt personale. Eneste ulempe var for høj musik ved poolen, men sådan er det vist mange i Albanien.

Meget flinkt personale, både rengøringen, tjenerne og receptionen var virkeligt sød. Lækker pool og rig mulighed for at benytte solstolene. Desværre spillede de utroligt høj musik både ved strandområdet og ved poolen, hvilket gjorde det meget svært at slappe af.

Os quartos não tinham ligação com o hotel e o acesso é feito por uma rua de terra, além disto os quartos estão voltas para rua sem nenhuma segurança. Saímos no primeiro dia apesar da reserva ser para 5 dias.

I stayed in a studio room, which was 100m from main hotel, uphill and through waste ground. The studio was part of a rundown residential block with street restaurants above, with smells of fish and food cooking. Although the room was recently upgraded but standard poor. Room wasn’t cleaned properly from building work. I had to ask to have floors washed. Noise levels at pool and beach was deafening, not a place to go if you want a quiet relaxing time.

När vi kom till hotellet så fick vi veta att vi skulle bo 100 meter ifrån resorten, detta var inte vad vi bokade när vi bokade från början utan har ändrats under tiden. Jag la märke till att rummen inte var detsamma som när vi bokade för en tid tillbaka sen men tänkte inte nått mer på det men det var alltså för att vi hade fått ett rum som låg ifrån hotellet. vi bodde då alltså under vanliga lägenheter där det fanns cirka 8 rum som låg på bottenvåningen. detta är verkligen inte vad man förväntar sig när man bokar något som det står ska vara en lyxig resort. det fanns heller inte några brandlarm på dessa rum vilket inte alls kändes tryggt eftersom den omtalade stormen bröt ut under tiden vi va där och vi då bodde under ett lägenhetshus där elsladdar osv hängde kors och tvärs. Från cirka 13 på dagarna kunde vi nästan inte utnyttja pool området då det spelades extremt hög musik så man knappt kunde prata med varandra om man var där uppe.

We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or massages or something as a compensation. Absolutely poor customer service. My sister got a massage done and her entire bed was shaking. I left my toiletries in there and some other supervisor went in there to check the room and didn’t even tell us my toiletries were left in there. Overall beautiful hotel but poor management.

Disaster of a stay, would not recommend. The hotel looks nice on the surface and the staff were generally nice and relatively helpful, but after arriving at the hotel it was apparent that the place simply isn't as good as it's made to look on images. I am not one to moan but feel like it is necessary here so that other potential guests know what to expect. To begin with, despite check in being 2pm, our room wasn't available until 7pm that evening, due to a bug infestation (sewage flies), not a great start. When we did finally get access to our room, which was one of the suites, we realised it was not in the main hotel building, but on the ground floor of another hotel, which was across a car park/construction site. The suites had been newly rennovated and were evidently not finished. We were missing all utensils from the kitchen, mirrors, hangars, lamps, dining table, chairs, bin and more. On top of this there were still joiners pencil marks all over the room. The room had been advertised with a bathtub looking out through the patio doors, but what we didn't realise was that the patio doors just opened onto a car park. WiFi was awful. Pool area was dirty, the loungers were left out overnight so were drenched every morning. The cabanas on the beach were falling apart. And worst of all they were playing music by the pool and the beach at a level which made it impossible to think, talk, read or relax. Safe to say we didn't spend much time at the hotel.

Ett av de fineste stedene i verden, nydelige folk som jobber her! Vi booked apartment delen og det var helt fantastisk! De ansatte som jobber her er imøtekommende og tilbyr hjelp til hva enn du måtte trenge, super fin beliggenhet! 10 minutter å gå ned til promenaden, masse fine restauranter i nærheten og små hverdagsbutikker, virkelig en 10/10 opplevelse og hotell! Havet er også 20 meter unna hotellet! Noe som var helt nydelig
