Clean enough room for a good enough price in a pleasant location.
However, I did not receive information about access and check in from the host until I contacted hotels.com. On the night of my arrival there were no keyes in the key box because the other guests had taken them. Misstakes happen, but the communication with the host (and hotels.com) was poor. After informing the host (and hotels.com) about the situation I got an answer from the host that she could not bring me an extra keye because she was not nearby. So I went to dinner with all of my luggagde, *hoping* the other gustes would put my keys back. I never heard back from the host, so I took a chance and went back after dinner and found the keyes. Two hours later hotels.com called and said they werent able to reach the host. So I guess I was "lucky" to find the keyes after all....
Also, the drains in the bathroom were clogged, both in the shower and the sink.
