Hotel is new and has very nice pools, food was good at the asiatic restaurant except breakfast which was not that great at the buffet restaurant and at the beach restaurant some food was not covered, cold snacks and no microwave or toaster and lots of flies around. Our room was very nice, we had a couple of issues, the housekeeping never came to clean the room on time always very late in the afternoon and did it very fast not very well done, on the first day we had to call reception several times for the housekeeping to come to the room to clean and we had so many ants in the room. Surprisingly on the day of the checkout the Housekeeping came right on time to clean which made us feel very upset about the experience. Our bathroom sink was blocked the entire stay we reported it but it was not checked, neither did Housekeeping do anything about it during the cleaning. Staff were friendly but looked overwhelmed in the buffet restaurant, dirty plates on the table not anyone available to collect, tables missing mise en place not anyone around to assist, we often found ourselves looking for forks and other utensils to eat or even simple paper. Very difficult to get sunbeds and umbrella around the swimming pools, always occupied and towels on them with no people around. Definitely some items for improvement.

The rooms and beech were great. Impossible to get reservations at the restaurant so we ended up having buffet food all the time, which was very mediocre. Staff were not very helpful. Overall it was ok, would not say it’s worthy of 5 star hotel rating.

Le complexe est correct dans l’ensemble mais ne mérite pas un 5 étoiles. Je rejoins les commentaires existants, c’était bondé de monde. Il n’y avait jamais de parasol de libre et de transat. Dans tous les bars, à toutes heures, du matin au soir, il y avait la queue pour un café ou même un verre d’eau. Les verres sont en plastique et un peu usé, pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. C’est cher pour ce que c’est car nous avons fait tellement mieux et moins cher. De plus, aucune partie commune n’est climatisée, même pas le buffet. On mange dans une chaleur et une humidité terrible qui ne donne pas envie, en plus du monde qui afflue. Les boissons sont en fontaine, pas top pour un 5 étoiles. Le buffet est ouvert qu’à 13h le midi, c’est tard pour ceux qui ont des enfants qui doivent faire la sieste. Entre chaque service, il n’y a rien à manger. On ne peut réserver que 2 restaurants à la carte maximum c’est dommage de limiter alors que ce n’est pas plein du tout. Les autres restaurants sont payants. Le gelateria est aussi payant pour tout, ce qui est dommage pour un all inclusive 5 étoiles à ce tarif.

Las instalaciones son preciosas y están impecables. Teníamos una habitación con salida a piscina privada con vista parcial al mar, muy grande y bonita. Es lo único que lo hace 5 estrellas. El servicio es bastante malo, trabajan desganados y no son nada agradables. Tuvimos que esperar un día entero para que nos pusieran gel de ducha y de manos porque estaba completamente vacío cuando llegamos. Tuvimos que llamar 4 veces a recepción, desde las 10am hasta las 7pm que por fin vinieron. Otro día nos quitaron las toallas del día anterior y no nos dejaron limpias. De nuevo tardaron muchas horas en reponerlas. El servicio de bares es lentísimo, se ve que ponen pocas personas para ir lentos y para gastar menos bebida. Hasta para un vaso de agua había que hacer cola. Les avisamos con meses de antelación que tenía alguna intolerancia alimentaria, que por favor tuvieran cuidado. Pues no había nada correctamente marcado, tenía que ir preguntando por cada cosa y parece que les molestaba responder. Varios días me sentí mal por haber comido algo que no debía. Si tenéis alergias o intolerancias alimentarias ni se os ocurra ir. Resumiendo, instalaciones de 5 estrellas, todo lo demás de 3 (siendo generosa)
