Squeaky clean, modern hotel, with good sized rooms, kind staff, and a good location. The hotel entrance may be in the middle of several storefronts but the hotel occupies the entire 2nd floor. The building is beautifully restored and our stay was very enjoyable.

I stayed for a long weekend with a friend of mine and I have to say the staff were extremely friendly,helpful and just really great to us. The room was gorgeous and spotless. We had an awesome bed that was extremely comfortable. This is a great place friendly staff right in the middle of everything. I am definitely staying there again! I highly recommend!

We loved the place , it was clean and had every we needed to enjoy our time! Staff were so helpful and friendly, warm welcoming. The location was also a plus , it was right were you needed to be to see all the sights. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was fantastic. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Near all of the sites in Salem. The only issue we had with our stay was the bed in our room felt like it was higher at the foot of the bed than the head. We made due but that was the only issue. The hotel has a lot of history on the walls and looks great.

The Courier staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. We stayed in the bunk bed Suite which had the bunk bed in a safe! It was a lot of fun. The location was great for getting around town.

Fantastic central location & very bring, clean & spacious rooms. Only thing as it’s new the laundry is not yet available but Derby St Wash/Dry & Fold service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend

Stay here! Don’t look any further! By far the best if not the top 3 hotel to stay at. They literally thought of everything! Staff was responsive and fabulous! The whole place was clean and beautiful! And the room was a sanctuary! Honestly with a 20 minute (give or take) T ride to Boston is worth staying even if you’re not spending time in Salem

A newly restored older building overlooking the streets just high enough to dull the sounds of the streets. Great location for walking to everything you’d want to see in Salem. An app for keys, plenty of towels, and friendly staff. The junior king room was perfect for our weekend getaway with a massage parlor situated just beneath the hotel, it was perfect to help us relax. Great stay and very clean!

Would have been an excellent rating, but minor things like toilet paper wasn’t stocked and there aren’t after hours employees. Some of the dishes in the kitchenette weren’t clean, but I think that might be due to past guests and not the staff. Great space, great view. Close to everything. Just be prepared to run next door for toilet paper after 6pm or to wash the dishes before you use them.

Very spacious rooms and updated decorations. I would have it 5 stars except parking was a block away and they still charge you $25 plus tax which was $32 total. The room was a little dusty and the unit ac was blasting every second. The staff was superb. It’s located on top of businesses and the window view was just traffic.
