Gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr zentral. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem Self check-in, und haben über eine Std. probiert jemand der uns hilft zu erreichen!! Das war sehr nervig! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut.

We stayed in the Modern Double room & although small, it was perfect for two people. Very clean & comfortable with an amazing location on the Piazza Grande. Numerous restaurants located in walking distance. And the hotel has a wonderful restaurant right on the piazza. Although there’s no front desk, the hotel’s virtual contact (Marcello) was quick to correct any issues.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. It is extremely well located, close to the lake and old town as well as to restaurants ans shops. Havin a reception desk is somehow missing.

Hotel has no reception desk and no staff visible. Automated systems for collecting and depositing room key. This was not really what we expected from the description when we booked. The room was spacious and clean but devoid of any character.

The rooms are very clean and confortable. The hotel is well located and close to the shops and old town and lake. One thing which does make it a little more complex is that there is no staff and no reception, therefore it does lack of the facilities of a hotel. Overall we would absolutely recommend.

The hotel provided what we needed! A comfortable and clean room and close to many good places. There is also a cafe/restaurant downstairs which opens until late and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was also helpful just by one phone call away. Self check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the stay!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend und definitiv das grösste Plus. Dafür bezahlt man letztlich auch den recht hohen Preis. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und zweckmässig, jedoch eher durchschnittlich ausgestattet und konnten meine Erwartungen in dieser Preisklasse nicht ganz erfüllen.

La chambre est très bien, et l'établissement bien placé. En revanche, nous avons été surfacturés d'une prestation "Accomodation Supplement", que nous n'avons jusque là pas pu nous faire rembourser par l'établissement ou Expedia.
