Great hotel with super nice staff. The view from the room and reception area is amazing. Nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a nice quiet area in Tam Coc. Best part was the staff. So friendly and so so helpful! Ms. Lin was so sweet and so kind. She made sure our stay was as comfortable and satisfying as could be. I would easily stay here again! And the cat cafe just down the road was a wonderful surprise!

Brad new hotel, everything is fancy and clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they go above and beyond. I had an excellent stay. The rooms are amazing and very clean! Highly recommend

The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious! I ended up extending my stay for an extra night because I didn’t want to leave. The hotel also has a rooftop pool and bikes you can rent to cycle around the area. But the best part of my visit was chatting with Lim at the front desk. She is like sunshine! I would come back just to say hello to her.

We had a corner room overlooking the mountains and the fields and the view was amazing! This was the highlight of our stay. The bathroom was also very nice and it had great blackout curtains. The staff were keen to help, and google translate came in handy for this. The pool was great. A few drawbacks... The bed only comes with a sheet, but you can ask for a blanket. The rooms are not very soundproof. One night there was some kids mucking around till 2:30am and I was very disappointed that the staff did not take action as there was no way they could not have heard them. The hotel is only a 6 minute walk to town, but when it rains the road to town is blocked by a big puddle that is too deep to walk across. This made it difficult to access food at times as the hotel does not offer anything except breakfast, not even snacks for sale. Breakfast is very basic - one choice (eg two eggs and a plain bread roll) a little fruit and a drink. That said, the hotel is a decent price, so it depends what level of comfort you are looking for in a hotel.
