Really excellent. This is a dormitory style hotel, but the fixtures and rooms were new and comfy. Great location on the bus line directly into downtown Pamplona

I enjoyed the hotel. It had everything I needed, including a well equipped gym. It would be nice if they offered more food than a vending machine, but restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was fantastic. Could not be better.

The hotel is a little out of town( very helpfull during the very noise San Fermin celebrations) but for me it wasnt a problem:the bus conection was excellent and I walked several. times. . At least my room was like an aparthotel one with kitchen cabinets, microwave and an small fridge. The staff was very helpfull and polite.

4/10 一般般

Although the staff was great, this is definitely not a hotel and YOU EXPEDIA should not sell as such. Zero amenities; they gave a small bash wash and shampoo pouch as soup! No room cleaning ( they said once a week- hello! I’m not staying a week!! Broken coffee and laundry machine. No extra pillows for blankets available.

6/10 不錯哦

Room is comfortable. Staff in check in was good. My key did not always work last night and this morning. I was afraid to go out later last night in case my key doesn’t work and there’s not always someone at the reception desk. No staff this morning at 10 am when I left. I just left the key at the desk.

2/10 不太好

They would not issue me a locker that was able to be locked and told me that they were not able to do that because they’re out of the lockers. They would not issue me a new room they would not try to fix the situation. I was very shocked at the end I was missing a few things because they wouldn’t let me so I had to make other arrangements and they would not refund any amount. They offered me two euros for five days stay I’m very disappointed.
