Everything was nice. The facilities were clean and new. The area was quiet and far enough from the interstate that there was no traffic noise. Breakfast was okay but variety was limited compared to other places I've stayed. All in all, it was a great stop for a night on our trip.

We stayed for one night in a suite room and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming at check-in and provided great local recommendations. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed.Breakfast was delicious with maWe will definitely return.

I will absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect. It's right off I-20, but not as busy a city as Covington or Conyers. There are still plenty of good places to eat nearby but most close around 9 PM. The building and grounds look new or recently renovated. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - there are no TVs constantly blaring out everywhere and the music playing is mellow, so having breakfast was very relaxing. I loved interacting with the staff - everyone was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and the king bed was comfortable.

All together experience was not bad. But the light in the shower was broke and hanging from the ceiling. When reported to the front desk. They said they knew it has been broken. I feel like that is a safe hazard do to water and electrical wires are dangerous. Also there where no trash bags in room in the trash cans.

This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though. They cleaned up the room on the 2nd day and all the towels disappeared when returned. The next day, we returned to an uncleaned room after lunch. We requested for housekeeping room clean up and they refused. We thought COVID time was over and hotels are now back to daily clean up. The continental breakfast was subpar compared to other same level hotels. We have never seen a hotel with a bowl of salt instead of a salt shaker or packages of salt and pepper provided. Hopefully, these were glitches attributed to them not being so prepared for opening the hotel.
