A hidden gem, clean tidy cheap, basic accomodation far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough you wont miss any of the action.

Room didn’t appear to have been hoovered, bathroom had some mysterious stains on tiles and the window was loose leading to it rattling in the wind all night. That said, it was cheap and the bed was comfortable and clean.
