Best part of the stay are the staff. The cleaning ladies are so nice to my kid. Really appreciate the free water. WiFi is good throughout the hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly staff and very accommodating as they let me check in early after a 16 hour flight. Great location as it is close to many restaurants, 7-11 and Family Mart. About 8 minutes walk to Taichung MRT. Will definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Very nice staff and great location. Room was nice, but did not love that the whole bathroom - shower, toilet, sink - was glass and viewable from the front door and most of the room.

Great place to stay

Everything here was good. Just a little age showing, but other than that it was great. Gym was clean and had complimentary water and towels ready. Business center was a private room which was helpful. Would come back again.

Convenient location. Watson and poya near by. Clean and modern. I will come back. Breakfast has variety and food is not that salty so it’s very healthy.

4/10 Fair

It was dusty in some area. Looked like cleaning was not done throughly. Water at vanity sink didn’t run a lot although shower was good. Seal on shower door was loose, so the floor out side of shower door was completely flooded when I finished showering. Towels were old with a couple holes, so requested to replace them, but the replacement was same. Buffet breakfast was great.

It’s nice they have 24 hr gym and laundry room. But there are only 2 small washers, I have to wait for a long time for a washer became available.

Front desk staff Wendy is courteous and friendly. We were 20 minutes early for getting our room. She walked us to the lounge. Enjoy the 24 hour lounge. However, I had a hard time falling into sleep. I kept smelling unpleasant odor from the old carpet. The next day with the sunlight came into the room. I noticed there were a lot of stains on the carpet. The carpet look likes need a major cleaning. Breakfast buffet is delicious!

2 nights Business stay

Overall was ok, could be better if the in-room wifi speed is decent. Main complain is the slow wifi speed. Had to resort to using the room LAN point.
