"I didn't get an ocean view. But the hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Not that the staff was really warm or able to speak English Most of the guests were Asian and not Americans. "

"Location : around 10 min walk from the JR station to the pier where the hotel provides free shuttle bus/ ferry pick up service. Room: nice size and view. Rather old style But i consider it reasonable as it is an old hotel. Onsen : I love the cave onsen. Very rare. This is the most beautiful features at the hotel. Meals: buffet style. I always prefer kaiseki style. But it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Buffer style is easy to manage . Staff: nice and helpful Recommended for good value for money "
