The hotel was brand new. No one had stayed in our room before us. The entire hotel and the staff were wonderful. Great location for us. We wish them all the best for the upcoming ski season.

The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows The TV works fantastic with plenty of channels The swimming pool and two hot tubs were awesome The staff was as friendly as possible. Anything you need they will get it for you I’ll give the breakfast a nine only because I love biscuits and gravy and they did not have it. Other than that it is fantastic. The rooms are very quiet The kitchen and the room had plates and utensils and everything we needed along with wonderful coffee maker microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes. The only thing that I did not see when I was booking the unit was the $15 per day charge for parking. That was a bummer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel and it was super nice! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and outdoor spaces! Bar was great too and staff were all super friendly! Two recommendations: it is a pet friendly hotel which is awesome, but I would recommend having a “poop bag” station and possibly a designated area for pets to potty. Also bar prices are extremely high - we probably would have hung out in the bar more, but we could easily find other places with more reasonable prices. Overall highly recommend this place though!

Excellent hotel and service. Hot tubs need to be hotter, pool was freezing, and a bunch of little kids in their underwear running around the pool. The breakfast was good but staff was HORRIBLE at keeping it stalked with food!!! Ran out half way through and couldn't keep it full of food.

This property is either new or undergoing improvements, but this did not interfere with the quality of the property or with how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless and the linens and towels are high quality. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had one interaction with the manager (Ron) and he was very nice and answered my question. He also is present and engages with the staff and guests. Great breakfast with a very clean dining and serving area--and here again I found the folks working in the breakfast area attentive to their jobs and to the guests. There was only one elevator working when I was there, but there are not many floors and I never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator.

The hotel was clean, organized, and had modern finishes. Where I have an issue with my stay is: thin walls (could hear neighbors closing their curtains and the TV), the room doors slam shut ( which no one pays attention to-thus it wakes you and others up), the elvator had an emergency warning (staff didn't seem to care about), only one elevtor was working, and no mention at checkin of $15/night parking fee.

This is a wonderful hotel resort. The staff were entirely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen. The pool was sparkling and had very cool sunbeds. Breakfast was amazing! The design of the hotel is very well done. We will be back!
