The room was very clean and set up well. The room amenities are pretty basic, but were all we needed. The entire property was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hugo's Family Market is right next door. 1901 Bar and Restaurant was down the road, great food. Joe's is just down the road and around the corner. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay there next time we go to Warroad.

Big clean room, helpful staff. Needed a light bulb for the bedside lamp and she went and got one for us while we waited. Loved the maple leaf on the lobby floor. Just a very welcoming atmosphere and the property puppy was adorable. We very much enjoyed our two night stay.

Great value and location, what is not mentioned is that the hotel is close to the railroad tracks. If you’re a light sleeper the trains will wake you

Everything was great, the only improvement would be a comfortable sitting chair.
