I have one complaint - for some reason the hotel has music blaring out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Why? In 212, my suite, couldn’t escape it. I couldn’t have a sleep or read. On Friday I looked down at the area where the music was and it was deserted. Shouldn’t the hotel ask guests what they think of it?

Beautiful setting, beautiful people too many names to mention. Very helpful staff. 5 star rooms. Been staying here for many years. My home away from home since 2010. Just one occurence where a dog was allowed in to the area where the pool is. He was on the table and on the coaches outside. It wasn't people staying at the hotel. The lady was using rude language in front of the kids esp mine as our tables where next to each other!! I alerted a staff member.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great location in a safe area, next to the Promenade and the tourist bus. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The views from the rooms are unmatched. The service staff might be the best part of this place. They go out of their way to accommodate you as a guest. Lots of amenities between games, gym, pools, on-site bars and restaurants. This was my first time here, but I will make sure to return on my next visit to Cape Town.

Excellent hôtel très confortable avec toutes les commodités, vue mer magnifique et proche d'une très belle promenade en bord de mer. Un service de réception très disponible et professionnelle pour conseils et l'organisation des activités. Service navette gratuite à disposition avec un super chauffeur très sympathique qui m'a appris et montré bcp de choses intéressantes. Le personnel de manière générale est très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner complet très bon et varié. Un restaurant délicieux et accessible (j'ai testé celui de droite qd vous arrivez de la réception). Félicitations au directeur qui n'hésite pas à saluer de si bon matin sa clientèle.

The Hotel have a very nice appearance from the outside and the lobby, with an old art-deco style facade. However the room we stayed in and the parts of the Hotel we saw needed renovation. Also we expect that it is more of an appart hotel than an actual hotel. The Strolla restaurant was the only of the two we tried as the sunset was closed. The restaurant serves a classic burger style menu.
