Amazing stay, beautiful location just by the seaside, easy to find, easy to park. Lovely hardworking staff. Big thank you to the lovely gentleman who served us our breakfast, he was amazing and so attentive. Great selection of food and drying as well, got really lovely dishes.The room was enormous and so well decorated we truly felt our stay was special. Would definitely go again.

Nice clean room, lovely furnishings and even a chocolate on the bed. Really nice place and good breakfast other than the coffee server with breakfast coming form pre-made large flask and tasted like instant. Server did get us a ground coffee form the bean machine so all good. Good location and small wall to the marina bars and shops in portishead.

Beautiful building in a lovely setting, within walking distance of the marina. The team are professional and so friendly. The young people on dinner service were polite and so amiable. Chris at breakfast was particularly wonderful, as was Jess who sent me my lost glasses. They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying here again.

The room is clean, the staff was friendly. Parking is good, there's two electric chargers. The only thing is quite away from amenities. I think the only thing i can complaint about is the smell sewage coming from.the toilet.

This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating elsewhere. Would I stay here again? YES. It's an amazing hotel, I just wouldn't eat there.

This is a little hidden Gem! Cost vs experience was exceptional. You'd think you were staying in a 5* hotel in London with the way the whole collective effort was shown. The staff could not have been more friendly and engaging. The room was unbelievable value for money. Clean, Modern with expressive style and warm. We didn't venture from the venue as we didn't need to. The food was a perfect balance of quality and price. The drinks were, shall we say, enjoyed. Breakfast the next morning also didn't disappoint. We will be coming back. My only criticism is the staff don't wear name badges so I can't mention all of them here personally!
